10/9/23. This afternoon, I enter. They mention it's slow. We close early today. Only a 22-minute drive each way. Disappointing! Closing an hour early with a customer present. Your commitment to business hours wasn't worth $100, a tip, and customer loyalty.
Last month, I had an appointment. Upon arrival, I was asked to choose polish. After soaking, I waited an hour before she began, as she quickly did another pedicure for a birthday. Frustrating experience with repeated issues!
