Exceptional service! The balyage done on my long, thick hair was truly incredible and professional.
I must express my joy in getting my hair styled at Charglo Beauty School in Moses Lake, WA. This establishment has evolved into a place that exudes comfort, love, beauty, and warmth. The exceptional customer service, coupled with warm smiles, truly makes one feel at home. Many thanks to Nic (Grandson) for consistently delivering outstanding results on my hair. You are truly exceptional!
I wish to convey that my recent visit for a haircut was rather uncomfortable and unprofessional. While the young individual cutting my hair was trying her best, the overall experience left much to be desired. The lack of communication, coupled with inappropriate conversations and behavior from other staff members, made the visit less than ideal. Despite this, I appreciate the effort put into styling my hair, and I am satisfied with the outcome. Moving forward, it would be beneficial for the staff to receive training on appropriate client interactions and professionalism in the workplace.
