Hands down, the premier threading establishment in Jonesboro! For the past 3 years, I have frequented this place since its inception, and each time, my eyebrows are impeccably shaped! Anu always includes a brief facial massage, which is incredibly soothing! I highly recommend these skilled professionals for threading and waxing services.
I must rate this experience with many stars for completing my desired task. However, various aspects deter me from returning. My concern lies with the hygiene of the waxing service; the attendant used the same applicator throughout and reinserted it into the main container of hot wax. Moreover, she concluded by applying baby oil instead of ingrown hair oil (I requested a paper towel for immediate removal). Baby oil can clog pores. Additionally, it was slightly uncomfortable that she did not exit the room for me to disrobe. This was a temporary arrangement for me due to the urgency of the service needed. Just a heads up...
I have been a loyal patron since 2021, primarily for eyebrow threading, facials, and henna services. The staff here consistently exude warmth and provide exceptional service. I adore the henna designs and frequently indulge in them.
