Penny was INCREDIBLE!! I am beyond pleased with my haircut and highlights! Initially, I was a bit apprehensive, but I immediately felt at ease in her capable hands. She attentively listened to my preferences, took her time, and delivered exactly what I had envisioned. Even as her final appointment of the day, I never felt rushed. She consistently offered additional services to enhance my comfort. Called for a same-day appointment and were able to get in a couple of hours later. Michael was fantastic, and my hair looked great after the shampoo and blow dry.
