Called for a same-day appointment and were able to get in a couple of hours later. Michael was fantastic, and my hair looked great after the shampoo and blow dry. Will definitely choose him and this salon again!
I had an incredibly disheartening experience. I was extremely clear with my stylist about the cut and color I desired. I showed multiple photos of the exact color and cut I was aiming for. Unfortunately, I ended up with the complete opposite. My stylist was very pleasant and fun, but the result was completely off the mark. I paid, left a tip, and still had to purchase products to correct the outcome. I had emphasized my desire to be as blonde as possible. I am truly baffled. Perhaps I should have been more forthright about my unhappiness and disappointment, but I also understand the challenges of the job. In the future, a stylist should be able to admit when they are unsure about achieving a certain color or cut. I would have appreciated that honesty much more than leaving with the result I did. Feeling very let down.
Both my wife and I came in to the shop today. We were fortunate to get Michael who listened very attentively to what we wanted. He did a fantastic blowout with curls for me and a flawless trim for my wife. He’s very friendly and easy to be around; the shop has a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely return!
