Following much debate, you eventually agreed to refund me. Please refrain from defending yourself here as if I had calmly approached you with an issue and you promptly sought to rectify it by refunding. We both know that was not the case. After reluctantly agreeing to refund, you made me feel guilty by mentioning you are a single parent. I am patiently waiting for this ordeal to pass and have sought a solution with Latisse. Let's live, forgive, learn, and move forward. My response is solely in reaction to your reply to the 1-star review that Google won't let me delete.
