Awful spot for a manicure!! Their nail polishes are no good, that's for sure. I got my nails done just a couple days back, purely a manicure. After coming home, I showered, washed my hair, and didn't use my hands for anything else. But today, on the second day, the polish is chipping away. I shelled out $28.00 plus a $5.00 tip, and this is how my nails look after just 2 days. I'd rate them a one because I can't go lower than that.😡
I dropped by for a pedicure on Friday, and though it wasn't crowded, there were only 2 workers, so I had to wait a bit, no biggie. The foot massage was lengthy, and they even offered champagne or wine, which I found thoughtful. Now, onto the not-so-great part. I always opt for a basic French gel on my toes. By Sunday, they were already chipping! That should never happen, especially with gel polish. Furthermore, the technician cut me with the cuticle cutter and trimmed my toes excessively. Moreover, she charged me $77 when the price was listed as $57. Then, they preferred a cash tip only, luckily there was an ATM. I handed the technician a $20 bill and requested change, but when she returned with just a $10 bill, and I asked for the other 2 fives, she gave me a strange look. I won't be returning here. Paying $87 for gel nails that usually last me nearly a month, only to have them chip and peel in 2 days, along with a cut on my toe. If you're after a good massage, this place is fine, but for any kind of polish, steer clear.
My mother and I visited for a refill. The staff was quite impolite and barely interacted with us except for payment. The place is quite filthy, and they reuse the same rag for multiple customers. I had a refill and gel top coat done last Friday, 11/26, and the very next day, the nail polish bubbled and peeled off on most nails. The lady who did my nails seemed rushed and didn't allow my nails to dry properly or even out the acrylic. My nails are uneven and bumpy. She seemed more focused on answering the phone than doing my nails properly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
