Every visit here brings excellent service. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they delivered exactly that and more. Absolutely thrilled with my new nail set. Thank you, Suncrest Nails!
I wouldn't suggest this nail studio. Not to criticize, but they hurried a lot. I arrived at around 6:10pm (they close at 7:30pm). They did my feet and hands. My feet are a mess, and I just had them done last night. As for my hands, words fail to describe how awful they looked at first. I told them I wasn't paying, and I believe she, perhaps the owner, promptly offered to rectify the situation. I didn't want them fixed; I wanted them removed, but she fixed them anyway. They look decent now, but honestly, if you want to close right on time, please don't start someone's nails. The polish was so thick on my skin that when she was removing it with the power tool, my pinky got a small cut. The owner was kind; she did her best to correct a mistake that wasn't hers, so I appreciate that. However, I can't recommend this nail studio. I wasted $80.
They forcefully removed the acrylic without soaking in acetone, just using a tool to pry it off, damaging my natural nail underneath.
