I have frequented Nails 2 for some time now. Taylor has consistently delivered exceptional nail services. Their witty banter always adds to the experience. The entire team exudes professionalism. I am consistently impressed and would highly recommend this establishment. It was a much-needed moment of relaxation amidst the recent string of family losses.
We visited this establishment for my daughter and her friend to celebrate her birthday with a nail session. The male technician who attended to them was incredibly pleasant, engaging in light-hearted banter throughout. He skillfully executed the nail designs they had chosen from Pinterest, bringing their visions to life. Their joy was evident, and the results were truly satisfying.
The service provided was below average. The individual who attended to my nails and pedicure seemed rushed and displayed a lack of finesse. My nails appear uneven, rough, with the tip showing through the dip. The application near the cuticle is not up to par. An unfortunate incident where a portion of my finger was torn off caused significant discomfort. I will not return. Conversely, my acquaintance had a positive experience with the male nail technician.
