I had my hair styled here by Harper, and I must say I am quite dissatisfied with my experience. I communicated to Harper how crucial it was for me to achieve lighter and cooler tones on the blonde sections of my hair, and she assured me we could achieve that look. I paid $280 for my hair to appear virtually unchanged except for two slightly lighter sections. I went on a trip shortly after my appointment and was unable to address the issue. I was informed that I would have needed to return within 1-2 days for any adjustments, which was 1) impossible due to my schedule and 2) should not have been necessary in the first place because I clearly communicated my desired outcome, which was not met. While I understand the effort required to lighten hair, I have had my hair lightened by another stylist before who achieved much lighter results. When I raised this concern to Harper, she offered an excuse about needing a more extensive blonding treatment, but during our initial discussion, she seemed confident in achieving the desired results. I feel deceived and cheated out of my money. My hair now appears yellow and unchanged from its previous state. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency.

Vidi Amavi is an exquisite salon. It's spotless, cozy, and the team is consistently welcoming. I've been a client of Harper for a few months now and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my hair. Harper helped me realize my aspirations for red hair. Her coloring and extension skills never fail to impress me. I will definitely keep visiting Vidi Amavi and Harper!
