I have never felt compelled to write a negative review before, but I feel it necessary to do so in this case. I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by Alex. A fee was added for an accidentally broken nail polish bottle, which is understandable, but the way it was handled was completely unacceptable. Instead of upfront communication, the fee was sneakily added. When I inquired about it, Alex's attitude was rude and dismissive. It was not about the charge itself, but about the lack of respect and professionalism shown. No one should have to pay to be treated poorly. Kindness and professionalism should be the standard.
I had the most amazing experience here. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and they executed my requests perfectly. I would easily give them 5 stars and all my love.
The service provided was exceptional. The atmosphere was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. This was truly the best pedicure experience I've had in years, and that's saying something at my age.
