Some of the individuals who work at this location are extremely rude. One of the "managers" named Kameron was highly unprofessional and referred to me as "slow". I wished to exchange a flat iron I'd bought that had broken, and the individuals acted as if I couldn't use all my store credit for this new purchase. I simply inquired about the possibility of an exchange, and it appeared they were unwilling to assist. Despite my calm demeanor and lack of anger, the manager was excessively aggressive and confrontational, prompting me to leave before becoming upset. I ultimately visited the Ulta in Riverside and received significantly better service. The individuals there were kind and found a solution for me!

Carter was absolutely fantastic. I used to be knowledgeable about makeup, but my expertise had waned in recent years. I had intended to purchase two products and leave, but one was unavailable. Carter approached me and promptly suggested an alternative. They provided testers for me to experience the product firsthand. They were well-versed in which primers complement different foundations. I expressed uncertainty about my choices, and they sat me down, identified excellent products for me, understood my skin type, allowed me to sample products, effortlessly matched a perfect foundation on the first try, and was truly exceptional. They made me feel incredibly beautiful. They instilled in me hope for improving my skin, and I absolutely adore the products I ultimately purchased. I sat in my car and shed tears because it was heartwarming to be acknowledged and cared for. There was a fresh ambiance there that felt distinct from previous shopping experiences.
