I didn't know this place existed until recently. They had a special for kids haircuts, so I decided to try this salon. My daughter has sensory difficulties, and the staff here was amazing at accommodating her. This was the first haircut in 5 years that didn't end in tears. Jessie listened to my little girl and made adjustments throughout. Calm and fun, Jessie gave clear directions when the scissors came out. Other staff were knowledgeable about "swim hair" and gave good advice. I will definitely return.
I was 10 mins late, in the lot, stylist called, had other clients, had to cancel my appt. I said ok, reschedule. Came from Chino, 2 accidents on freeway, tried to make it on time. Tried to make appt with someone else on another day. Older lady at front desk with curly short hair gave me attitude, said no one else, basically yelling. Went to this salon for years, Robin Apparicio used to do my hair, moved to Chino, stopped coming. Thought I would come back for excellent customer service. Service would have been $200+ with 30% tip. Always paid good money, tipped well, but declined due to poor attitude. BTW SALON WAS EMPTY!
Bad experience... I asked for a color many times, and the lady just applied the color she wanted. If she couldn't do it or had any issues with my hair, why didn't she tell me before? It should have been my decision to continue or not.
