Leaving my first negative feedback ever. Initially, I would have rated Whitney with 5+ stars for always being pleasant and helpful. However, today, my daughter had a dreadful experience with stylist Crystal. Despite wanting Whitney, who was unavailable, we opted for another stylist. Crystal was incredibly rude to my daughter, citing her thick hair and the desired cut's cost as reasons to deny the service. She failed to offer alternative styles, leaving my daughter feeling dejected. After over two years without a proper cut due to mental health struggles, this incident was particularly hurtful. I urge the salon owner to address such behavior promptly, as it is unacceptable.
Visited the locale twelve months back and a few moons ago for a color and trim. Both times, the final bill was higher than initially quoted. The outcome left my locks looking unkempt and feeling severely damaged post-dye. I have no desire to return.
