I received a manicure here for my wedding and while the outcome was decent, I wasn't entirely pleased with the quality or the service. I presented the nail technician with an image for inspiration, she did overlook a detail and when I pointed it out, she mentioned I should have mentioned it earlier (even though it was clearly in the picture and I had emphasized it was my desired look from the start.) It was disheartening as I had a specific vision that didn't quite materialize. Additionally, I ended up paying more than anticipated. My bridesmaids were also dissatisfied with the results, citing subpar quality and some technicians weren't very courteous to them. Ultimately, it's just nails, it didn't make or break the wedding day, but I felt it necessary to share my experience with others.
