Addison was INCREDIBLE!! I had a negative experience with another lash studio when they suddenly canceled my lash appointment last minute. I discovered Lashfull on social media and Addison was able to accommodate me ON THE SAME DAY! I absolutely ADORE my lashes & will definitely be returning to her for touch-ups. If you're in need of lash extensions, give Lashfull a ring!
I reached out to Addison 5 days after getting my lash extensions done and informed her about some issues I was facing. My lashes were drooping down to the point where they obstructed my vision and it was really bothering me. I reached out to two other lash studios in the area to get their professional opinions on the placement of the lashes. A lash technician responded and informed me that they were applied incorrectly and she would have to completely remove the set that Addison had put on because they weren't close enough to my natural lash line, excessive glue was used, and each of my natural lashes wasn't properly attached to a lash extension. I messaged Addison immediately to inform her in the hope that she would rectify the situation or offer a refund. I'll attach the response I received from her, which I found unprofessional in my view. I dislike leaving negative reviews, and I probably wouldn't have posted this if the response had been different. I'm disappointed and won't be returning.
I can't believe I waited this long to do this?!?! I had been researching local places for months and decided on Lashful. My natural lashes are extremely light and I didn't want to wear makeup daily. Addison made me feel incredibly comfortable and it was enjoyable to chat about all things feminine, and also to relax in silence at times. She really tailored the experience to my preferences and my lashes have boosted my confidence immensely. Highly recommend Addison.
