I received a manicure here for my wedding and while the outcome was decent, I wasn't entirely pleased with the quality or the service. I presented the nail technician with an image for inspiration, she did overlook a detail and when I pointed it out, she mentioned I should have mentioned it earlier (even though it was clearly in the picture and I had emphasized it was my desired look from the start.) It was disheartening as I had a specific vision that didn't quite materialize. Additionally, I ended up paying more than anticipated. My bridesmaids were also dissatisfied with the results, citing subpar quality and some technicians weren't very courteous to them. Ultimately, it's just nails, it didn't make or break the wedding day, but I felt it necessary to share my experience with others.
I truly enjoyed this establishment! Every person was incredibly kind! I arrived without an appointment, yet only had to wait around 10-15 minutes. They paid careful attention to the task at hand. It was a truly delightful experience. The salon is pristine, well-lit, lovely, and easily accessible. The lady took meticulous care of my nails and executed a thorough job. I will definitely return!! What a fantastic experience.
I adored Allure Nails, they boast exceptional personnel, a spotless establishment, a wide array of color options, a fantastic spa and massages, and overall exceptional service! I will certainly return!
