TERRIBLE experience! I took my 14 year old sibling to have her nails done for her birthday. The individual cut her skin with the nail file & glued her nails to her nailbed. They were all extremely impolite about it & they did not take it seriously at all. The individual claimed she was “fine” & did nothing about it. It took a week for the skin around her nails to heal. I also had my nails done. They were very thick & uneven. The polish job was also poor. Would NOT recommend.
Every time I have visited, I encounter no problems, the staff are the kindest individuals ever!! They do an excellent job and it’s a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere with fantastic prices.
My spouse couldn't walk-in at two spots, until she arrived here. They were welcoming, and promptly had her and a companion seated, with coffee and tea, awaiting service. They were skilled and there were regulars who had been clients for over sixteen years! That speaks volumes. Their gear was clean and hygienic, as well. They were prompt and fairly priced(no hidden fees!). They accept credit cards, as well as tips, on credit cards. Moreover, they are engaged in alterations though we have yet to explore this service of theirs. If we need help with alterations, we will give them a chance. The only thing that could be improved, is that they could update their furnishings.
