My initial 2 visits were fantastic. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, my dip manicure began chipping after just a week. I provided photos, acknowledging that I was at fault for one nail. Due to living an hour away, it took me another week to return for repairs. However, the salon refused to rectify their mistake, only offering a meager 15% discount. Considering the $55 price tag, I expected better service.
