My initial 2 visits were fantastic. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, my dip manicure began chipping after just a week. I provided photos, acknowledging that I was at fault for one nail. Due to living an hour away, it took me another week to return for repairs. However, the salon refused to rectify their mistake, only offering a meager 15% discount. Considering the $55 price tag, I expected better service. I visited Alexion with my curls in a dire state. They attentively listened to all my concerns about my hair, engaging in a delightful conversation and explaining the entire process. By the end of the treatment and cut, my hair had truly revived and looked amazing! Their work was exceptional!
