Had an appointment June 12 at 10am. Parked in front of the shop, no other cars in lot. Could see two people inside, walked to the door, which was locked. Stood by the door for a few minutes, can still see two people inside. Went back to my car, which is parked right in front. Waited in my car for a few minute, can still see two people inside, neither one make any effort to unlock door. I was being completely ignored. I left. Such a terrible way to treat a new customer.
