I absolutely loved my massage. They not only fit me in last minute but I discussed my specific areas that needed attention and they focused on those areas. TERRIBLE experience! I took my 14 year old sibling to have her nails done for her birthday. The individual cut her skin with the nail file & glued her nails to her nailbed. They were all extremely impolite about it & they did not take it seriously at all. The individual claimed she was “fine” & did nothing about it. It took a week for the skin around her nails to heal. I also had my nails done. They were very thick & uneven. The polish job was also poor. Tristan is absolutely fantastic! I have naturally curly hair. I've visited other salons and shelled out $150 for a "curly cut", but nothing compares to the cut Tristan gave me. He attentively listened to my hair preferences and concerns, taking into account my past stylistic disappointments, and together we devised a plan. The result was the most exceptional cut I've ever had! I am now a loyal client! I've frequented this retreat for years and always had top-notch experiences. Alex's meticulousness and accuracy are astounding, and their professionalism is unparalleled. My eyebrows and eyelashes are flawless! Even after an extended break due to commuting/work location, I couldn't wait to return and was warmly welcomed. ( Another salon I had utilized never seemed to recall me and inquired if I had ever availed their services... every single time I visited).
