I contacted Riley after dealing with intense pain in my shoulder/upper back for around a week. Despite the slim chance of getting an appointment before Christmas, they managed to fit me in on a Saturday morning. Having worked at a Spa previously, I am accustomed to being the test subject for new techniques, so I am at ease with massages. My therapist greeted me and took time to understand my background, profession, and any discomfort I was experiencing. Without the need to undress, I enjoyed a full hour of body work. Before visiting Ground Luminosity, I had never experienced Shiatsu massage, but I now recommend it to everyone. I was expecting some relief, but the complete recovery was unexpected.
