Outstanding service every visit! The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is impeccably clean, well-organized, and enhanced by the soothing music playing in the background. The prices are quite reasonable, and the time taken for my nails is just perfect. I will definitely be a returning customer!
I had high hopes for this place since it's conveniently close to my location, but I think I'll stick to the nail salon near my workplace. The nail technician was very pleasant, but her manicure skills were lacking. She cut my cuticles too aggressively, causing bleeding on four fingers. She only apologized for one that wouldn't stop bleeding and continued with the process. The polish application was uneven, and her excuse was that I didn't opt for gel. This was a first for me. I've had both gel and regular manicures before, and this was by far the worst experience. I'm giving one star solely for the cleanliness and modern ambiance of the salon.
Angelina was incredibly accommodating and did a fantastic job on my full set. The spa pedicure by Margaret was also exceptional, and I opted for the delightful mango scent. Despite not usually enjoying massage chairs, the ones here were surprisingly comfortable and enjoyable to use. It's advisable to schedule an appointment in advance as they tend to be quite busy. Visually, this nail spa stands out in the area with its cleanliness, seasonal decorations, earning a solid 5-star rating. Many thanks to Angelina and Margaret!
