The staff here is incredibly welcoming and adaptable. It's like a complete solution for everyone, even individuals with distinctive hairstyles like mine. I'm not sure what the previous review was referring to, but my experience was exceptionally hygienic.
The atmosphere is lacking, with management discussing salon matters in front of clients (quite disrespectful). There seems to be a rodent issue (spotted a rat), and the phone etiquette is poor. It gets uncomfortably warm, and both the management and their clients can be quite noisy. I wouldn't recommend any stylist to work here or any customer to get a haircut unless they're aiming for styles from past decades.
On my first visit, I immediately felt at ease. My hair was styled exactly as I had envisioned.
