My spouse gifted me a facial and massage for my birthday, and this was my initial visit to Woodhouse! It was also my premiere facial + massage. I had an exceptional experience all around! The ambiance and atmosphere were incredibly soothing and inviting, as well as the reception - The complimentary beverages were a delightful touch. My facial from Dakota was flawless - she was professional, serene yet enlightening, and my skin feels rejuvenated. My massage with Jordan was consistent with the rest - Professional, calming, and thorough! I will definitely return, thanks for an extraordinary initial experience!!
The parking situation was excellent!!!! (the SOLE reason I awarded 2 stars was due to the exceptional parking). However, the footwear was far from fitting, and neither did the robe. The massage felt like someone lightly blowing lavender fragrance on my limbs and then inquiring if I felt at ease? (an ant would have exerted more pressure..) Completely opposite of the massage I desired and required. I would be MORE than willing to engage in a conversation with you and offer recommendations on how to deliver a genuinely relaxing experience.
I shall never revisit this establishment. Several months ago, I reserved a manicure and pedicure that was meant to include exfoliation, oils, etc., yet I received a hurried service with none of those extras. The manager phoned and clarified there was a miscommunication and provided me with a credit for another manicure and pedicure, which I valued. I scheduled another appointment, and they just phoned saying they could no longer accommodate me on the day of my appointment and every other day leading up to my departure for vacation is "fully booked," peculiar because I believed my appointment was "fully booked" as well. I am finished with this spa, they charge excessively for the quality of service and attention they offer.
