My facial from Dakota was flawless - she was professional, serene yet enlightening, and my skin feels rejuvenated. This was my debut with eyelash extensions and I feel like they took advantage of me. They were quite pleasant but I was overcharged and paid over $300! The eyelashes were not what I expected, way too long. WARNING about EYE INFECTION & AVOID booking here, the place lacks hygiene and the owner lacks proper lash application skills. Your eyes will feel burning, stinging, swelling, and extremely red the following day. The lack of empathy for major eye issues is concerning. Instead of addressing the problem, the owner simply suggests using eye drops, which shouldn't be necessary if she was a skilled technician. While I am loyal to my nail and eyebrow technicians, I was disappointed in my search for an excellent lash technician. The hygiene and customer service at this place were subpar. Photos attached are from the same and next day in February 2024.
