Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is so relaxing and the customer service is top-notch!
They do excellent work with nails when they take their time. However, there's one individual there I won't let near my nails again. During a pedicure with my mother, I asked for gel polish and he kept layering it to cover a mistake, resulting in a thick, ugly mess. I had to request Kim to redo it, as she does a better job. I'd recommend this place on a quieter day. Service is great, but my mother's brow wax was a disaster - way too thin and too much removed. Apart from that, it's okay.
