I received detailed information about my consultation beforehand, received a warm welcome upon arrival, and had minimal wait time. Bernadette dedicated a full hour to discuss various microneedling treatment options with me, without pressuring me to make any immediate decisions. She even suggested skincare products for my home regimen in case I wasn't ready for treatment. Feeling acknowledged and understood by the staff and providers truly made a difference. It's evident that they prioritize team training and stay updated on the latest equipment. I'm eagerly looking forward to my upcoming appointments!
