My initial experience at this establishment was fantastic, and I will definitely be a returning customer! They perfectly captured the classy yet fun look I had in mind for an awards ceremony. Getting my nails done here provided a serene break in the midst of a hectic week. The ambiance was welcoming, with soothing music playing in the background. There was no wait time during the middle of the week. Their services include nail care and waxing. A plastic partition separated the technician who worked on my toes from me, which I interpreted as a COVID precaution, in addition to all the nail technicians wearing masks.
My debut at Classy Nails was delightful! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive from the moment I walked in until I bid farewell. They promptly prepared my chair for my appointment, and the salon was spotless. I observed them sanitizing after each client departed. The nail technicians paid close attention to detail and checked in with me periodically to ensure I was comfortable with their work. I left with a radiant smile, admiring my stunning nails and feeling absolutely adorable!
I presented a picture of the exact nail design I wanted, but the end result was nothing like it. The nails were even unevenly shaped. Despite pointing out the issue, they failed to rectify it. This was truly the worst nail service I have ever received.
