I am a newcomer in this city, and the salon owner and my stylist were informed about it. Unfortunately, I got lost on my way to the salon and ended up being around 11 minutes late. I prioritize safety and do not text while driving, or else I would have informed them about my delay. Upon my arrival, when I mentioned that I was there for my appointment, the stylist coldly replied, "Oh, she already left since you're late. She assumed you weren't showing up. Please have a seat." This situation made me feel incredibly uneasy, as it would likely affect anyone in a similar manner. Although my stylist eventually returned and provided a decent service, I couldn't shake off the feeling that I was being ridiculed by the other stylists during the appointment. I noticed them exchanging glances and chuckling at my expense multiple times. While this perception is subjective, it didn't seem like a mere coincidence.
