They take their time during treatments and have addressed my inquiries and worries. There is a wide range of products and treatments to cater to individual needs. Anne, a true artist, calmed me with explanations on the process, consulting on shape and hue prior to starting. Results? Brows beyond amazing! Following her post-care steps diligently, the initial darkness faded to the original shade as expected. Friends inquire if Botox was involved. Getting your hair done is a luxury, so why not go to the best? Gabby is honest about what to expect, provides great suggestions, and explains everything thoroughly. She is friendly and approachable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I still remember a past appointment where I wanted to cut my hair, and she effortlessly suggested changes to achieve the look I wanted, tailored to me. It was like she could read my mind when I couldn't articulate my thoughts fully. Whenever I want to change my hair color, she's always willing to have a detailed discussion with pictures before my appointment. This is invaluable to me as I tend to be indecisive, and making on-the-spot decisions can be daunting.
