She is friendly and approachable while maintaining a high level of professionalism. I still remember a past appointment where I wanted to cut my hair, and she effortlessly suggested changes to achieve the look I wanted, tailored to me. It was like she could read my mind when I couldn't articulate my thoughts fully. Whenever I want to change my hair color, she's always willing to have a detailed discussion with pictures before my appointment.
