Despite having a scheduled appointment, I ended up waiting for 30 minutes. The employees were quite impolite, giving off the impression that they were eager to leave. Unfortunately, my overall experience was not pleasant. While my nails turned out well and didn't break for 15 days, the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. This is why I will be seeking out a different place for my nail services. Kindness and courtesy can take you far. The absence of these qualities can sour any experience. 🙏
