My lashes only lasted one day here. Lost half of them. I've been in the beauty field for 13 years and always had excellent lash retention with previous artists. Contacted them for a fix within the specified time frame, but no appointments aligned with my availability - no chance for a refund. AVOID THIS PLACE! The worst encounter I've had in the beauty industry so far! Money down the drain. Photos were taken on Wednesday, but the lashes were done on MONDAY!
I am absolutely thrilled with my hybrid lashes. A childhood scar on my eyelid has left me with a patch of missing eyelashes. It's not a huge area, but it's noticeable, right in the center of the lid. Hybrid lashes were recommended to me, and after the application, you couldn't even tell I had a scar there. They look fantastic. Cheylee worked wonders!
I adore this establishment! Cheylee is incredibly kind and consistently delivers fantastic results on my lashes. I opt for TrueXpress, which gives me a dark lash line and a natural, glamorous appearance. My lashes are two weeks old and still look fabulous with minimal fallout. Their subscription service is incredibly convenient and definitely worth it if lashes are a vital part of your look. I wholeheartedly recommend it, 10 out of 10!
