These are unequivocally the most disappointing nails I have ever had! The Chrome powder remains stuck to my cuticles, my thumbnail has been incorrectly filed to one side, and my nails exhibit streaks and bumps from the polish application. Despite paying $84, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the outcome. I strongly advise against this establishment and personally will not be returning.
Wonderful quality and skilled workers! Provided ample opportunity for creativity with the color selection, allowing me to mix and match various products to achieve the desired shade. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
Convenient location, yet I have concerns regarding the licensing of all individuals performing pedicures. During my recent visit for a basic pedicure, communication was challenging as only the supervisor could effectively converse in English. Unfortunately, the technician attending to me inadvertently caused discomfort by cutting into the skin around both my big toes. While this has been an isolated incident, I am now apprehensive about potential infections. The quality of lower leg and foot massages varies among different staff members. My standard tip for a pedicure service is 20%, equating to $7, with the possibility of increasing to $10 for exceptional service. The cost of the basic pedicure I usually receive is $35.
