Oh my goodness, I am absolutely thrilled with Mr. Shannon's incredible work today! No one in my clan has curly locks due to varied climates, and I've been battling with mine for years. Mr. Shannon is so well-informed, exceptionally kind, a delightful conversationalist, and I had to restrain my joy or else I would have burst into tears of happiness at the end of my appointment.
