This salon! The stylist and owner! Oh my goodness!!! Absolutely incredible!!!! I've only been here a month! It's been well over a year since I last visited a salon or had my hair done. When I shared my inspiration photos with the stylist, let me tell you! WOW! She not only delivered exactly what I wanted, making me look stunning, but she was also sweet, kind, and honest when giving her input! Kassidy, you're amazing!!! If you're booking, book with her! She's knowledgeable and incredibly pleasant! I can't get enough of my hair!!! She brought back the shine, glow, and confidence to my hair!
I had a hair trial at this salon a few months ago for my January wedding. The salon's proximity to my venue seemed ideal. Unfortunately, my experience was dreadful. My hair not only didn't resemble the picture I provided, but it looked downright awful and messy. I reached out to the owner with a comparison photo and my disappointment, but regrettably, no effort was made to rectify the situation or acknowledge my negative encounter. I left feeling let down, having wasted time and money. Despite the genuinely kind and pleasant staff, I share this as a caution to potential brides considering this salon. It's possible that my stylist lacked experience compared to others, but I wish they had attempted to make amends. My venue manager mentioned other brides had positive experiences, so brides-to-be, ensure you leave completely satisfied with your hair! I regret not speaking up in the moment due to being overly accommodating!
I felt a tad anxious heading into my appointment because I had big changes in mind, but unfortunately, there was a mix-up (not their fault!). As a result, we veered in a different direction. HOWEVER! I am thrilled with the outcome, and Ashley did a fantastic job with my hair. She was attentive and candid about the feasibility of my initial vision without a prior consultation. She suggested an alternative approach to achieve a similar look, and I appreciate her dedication to finding a solution. The salon's ambiance is always pleasant, and all the stylists are very friendly. I'm happy I returned and intend to visit again in the future! 🩷
