They did a great job with my kids' haircuts but I'm a bit puzzled about the pricing. Not trying to make it about race, but when I arrived, all seats were taken, with one Caucasian child and one Caucasian man. My kids were next in line after them, and both of them were only charged $25. Both barbers confirmed it to me and my brother. The man got a beard trim and a haircut. I usually don't take my kids for haircuts as their dad does it, but I know that men usually pay at least $35. However, after my kids were done, only with a fade, I was charged $32 for both, and my kids are young. My brother got a haircut and was charged the same. So, I'm trying to understand why the price for two customers was $25, while for us it was over $30. I've seen similar situations in other comments, which is why I asked beforehand about the price for kids, and they told me $25. I had a feeling they might change the price for some reason once I got there. Kids' haircuts should not cost more than $30, and better payment options should be available, as nobody really uses Zelle anymore.
They pushed my son's hairline too far back, and my other son's taper was not clean or sharp; it looked like it was a week old. My little boy is only 2 and just needed a taper, not a full haircut, yet they still charged $30 for him. My husband got the same treatment, and they didn't even tidy up his beard. $160 wasted.
I brought my nephew here and it was fantastic! Jamal was incredible and the rest of the team was too. Spotless, welcoming, and a fantastic trim. Will definitely return. My nephew was anxious at first, but look at how delighted he is with Jamal!!
