I have been a regular customer here for my recent nail appointments, usually encountering great staff and services. However, my last visit was quite stressful and disappointing. The young lady attending to me caused me discomfort multiple times, took longer than usual, and the end result did not meet my expectations. My hairdresser May was absolutely fantastic! I'm 58 years old and she's the first stylist who really took the time to discuss my hair with me and determine the best way to cut it. She's incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and has a wonderful personality.
