La Vie Nails

I have been a regular customer here for my recent nail appointments, usually encountering great staff and services. However, my last visit was quite stressful and disappointing. The young lady attending to me caused me discomfort multiple times, took longer than usual, and the end result did not meet my expectations. Surprisingly, I was charged a higher price this time without receiving any additional services, only experiencing discomfort.

I visited this place after being inspired by someone's unique nail color scheme, which I wanted to replicate. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed and promptly seated with a skilled nail technician. I was fortunate enough to have "B" as my technician, who, as per other reviews, receives high praise here. I showed him my desired 5-color rainbow nail design, and he paid meticulous attention to detail, even making color adjustments to ensure perfection. The nails turned out beautifully thin, not overly thick. At no point did I feel rushed or like a burden, a stark contrast to my experiences at other salons. He even noted down the colors for me so I could replicate the look for my daughter. I will definitely be returning here, as the experience was incredibly positive! I haven't tried other technicians, but I will specifically request "B" on my next visit! (PS. I specifically asked for the purple to pink transition, as that was the feature that initially caught my eye)

Their dedication to delivering top-notch service shone through without a hint of complaint. My nails turned out stunning, and I am absolutely delighted with the result.
