Update: I was contacted to address the issue, which I greatly appreciate. If it were possible, I'd give a rating of 0. I had a nail appointment scheduled, but after waiting 45 minutes for the prior client to finish, I left. No one checked in on me or offered any assistance. It was as though I was invisible.
