The massage was decent, not great but not terrible either. The pressure was quite light, and I usually prefer a medium to deep pressure. I'm unsure how many female therapists work there, so hopefully, next time I'll have a different therapist, but no major complaints. I left feeling relaxed, albeit not entirely satisfied. It was a last-minute booking, so I had to provide some guidance during the session, which was a bit unusual, but overall, no significant issues, just wished for more pressure.
This was genuinely the worst massage experience I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, they were rude. They insisted on payment before the massage, which I reluctantly did. However, they couldn't even operate their own card machine, leading to a chaotic scene where they frantically called for help and argued loudly among themselves. I should have left then, my mistake. The massage itself was abysmal. The therapist didn't bother to ask me what I wanted, nor did she offer a smile. It felt like she was aggressively slathering low-quality lotion on me, with painful scratching from her long nails as she worked on my shoulders. It was evident she had no clue what she was doing. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I'm certain any other place would be better than this.
If you're in search of a top-notch massage experience, I strongly advise against coming here. They only had a 30-minute slot available for $90 for two people, and it was a disaster! They don't offer couples appointments in the same room. The oil they used dried up within seconds of application, their hands were rough, and the staff was clearly understaffed. This place doesn't even deserve a single star! It was a terrible experience; I could have given myself a better massage. To top it off, when we arrived for our 1:30 appointment, they asked us to return in 40 minutes. I will never return to this establishment.
