I absolutely adore this dental practice! Dr. Taylor alleviated all my dental anxieties! The entire team is incredibly welcoming! I used to dread dental visits until I found fountain valley dental! I highly recommend it if you are in need of a dentist!
The team was very compassionate, understanding, educational, and supportive, which helped ease my dental anxiety. The office is beautiful and inviting. Dr. Taylor and Victoria were amazing in assisting me with establishing care and guiding me towards better health practices.
The team and Dr. Taylor are very pleasant to collaborate with. Nevertheless, I have some reservations about the diagnoses. It seems like they tend to lean towards recommending crowns excessively. Instead of simply replacing my old fillings, they suggested crowns for all previous fillings. I visited a dentist regularly, so I would have expected any cavities in those areas to be noticed by another dentist. Following the procedure, there was an attempt to overcharge me. I am currently investigating the reason behind this. My insurance paid more than their share, and I covered the remaining amount. The total cost of the work exceeded 6K dollars. It seemed like a large number of patients were receiving crowns. 😕
