It's been a while since my last visit, but they always do an excellent job, especially with my granddaughters. Looking forward to our appointment next week for a fresh new look! 💙💯💪
We had a reservation for a wedding party of 5, including hair updos and makeup, scheduled months in advance. However, we received a last-minute cancellation call from the receptionist, claiming they were overbooked. To our dismay, they ended up taking walk-ins during the event. A very disappointing customer service experience. Why bother with reservations if walk-ins are prioritized, especially at the eleventh hour?
I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the haircut I received! It took the efforts of 2 instructors and a student to understand my desired style, despite showing them a picture. After 3 LONG HOURS of waiting, I still did not get the haircut I wanted. If I had known about the significant price increase, I would have chosen a traditional salon, paid a bit more, and actually gotten the haircut I desired!
