Absolutely incredible! We experienced top-notch service with a fabulous perm that no one else was even willing to attempt. The students and staff were kind, friendly, and truly amazing! Such a blessing!
I wouldn't recommend this place for a haircut. I'm comparing my experiences at various schools in Modesto. The customer service at the front desk was decent, and the hairstylist was very nice. However, I requested a specific bangs cut, but the hairstylist gave me a bowl cut instead, claiming she knew what I wanted. The instructor only checked once and never returned. At Paul Mitchell or CA Beauty College, instructors actively ensure your satisfaction and monitor the haircut progress. It's all part of providing good customer service. The hairstylist mentioned that the waiver you sign before the cut implies that you can't refuse payment if you're unhappy with the result. While not an issue, it made me feel like they prioritize completing hours over the quality of the haircut.
APPALLING. UNHYGIENIC. UNETHICAL. 🤮🤮🤮 Avoid this place at all costs. As a former student, instructors repeatedly instructed me to use dirty, used tools and towels on clients' faces. If you're thinking of enrolling here, heed the reviews or you'll deeply regret it. Many graduates didn't even receive their kit. When I tried to report Ms. Jany for racism, harassment, and the use of slurs in class, I was dismissed. The place is infested with mold and water damage, and the faulty wiring leads to constant electric shocks. Instead of hiring cleaners, they exploit students. Extremely disappointing and cheap.
