I cannot stress enough how imperative it is to steer clear of this establishment. The sales representative will go to any lengths, including deceitful tactics, to extract thousands of dollars from you. Recently, my spouse underwent a neogen plasma procedure here, and the experience was a nightmare. During the pre-procedure consultation, we were fed a series of misleading information. We were falsely assured that my wife would experience no pain after the initial two hours, yet she has been enduring excruciating pain for the past five days. Furthermore, the representative kept referencing the "doctor," but we were only introduced to a "nurse" in the procedure room. Alarm bells should have rung when a staff member applied the numbing agent, left us unattended for 40 minutes, and then casually admitted to forgetting about us. The nurse's conversation revolved around her recent alcohol consumption in Brazil, rather than focusing on the procedure at hand. Despite our inquiries, we received no satisfactory explanation regarding the nurse's qualifications. Daily photo updates were dismissed as normal by the establishment, but now we find ourselves in the hospital's emergency room. I wish I could give this place a negative rating. It's a complete disaster. Steer clear at all costs! They hold the lowest rating in Modesto for a reason, as we unfortunately discovered. An update: my wife is currently being transferred by ambulance to the burn unit at UC Davis Medical Center. We have received no compensation for the botched procedure, and are now pursuing legal action for the ordeal my wife has endured.

In one word….Phenomenal! Every individual I've met at Modesto Aesthetics has been exceptional. It all starts with the warmth and expertise at the reception. The wealth of knowledge in this establishment is truly impressive, and the sense of teamwork is delightful. Liri is truly remarkable, listening attentively and showing genuine care for her clients, creating a welcoming and nurturing environment. The positive vibes in her office are infectious! I also adore the overall atmosphere of this place! Paulina's facials are top-notch, incredibly soothing and tailored to your skin's specific needs, leaving you feeling relaxed and content. As you can probably tell, I am thoroughly pleased with this fantastic establishment.

My first experience getting lip fillers was absolutely fantastic! Brittney made me feel completely at ease and provided thorough information, easing my excitement and nerves. The procedure was painless and efficient. Melanie, the RN who administered my injections, did an excellent job! I will definitely be returning for more services in the future.
