I’m here for my post-surgery massages after liposuction. The massages are really helping with my healing process. My swelling has decreased a lot! Shawna is excellent and very caring 🙂. I cannot stress enough how imperative it is to steer clear of this establishment. The sales representative will go to any lengths, including deceitful tactics, to extract thousands of dollars from you. Recently, my spouse underwent a neogen plasma procedure here, and the experience was a nightmare. During the pre-procedure consultation, we were fed a series of misleading information. We were falsely assured that my wife would experience no pain after the initial two hours, yet she has been enduring excruciating pain for the past five days. Furthermore, the representative kept referencing the "doctor," but we were only introduced to a "nurse" in the procedure room. Alarm bells should have rung when a staff member applied the numbing agent, left us unattended for 40 minutes, and then casually admitted to forgetting about us. The nurse's conversation revolved around her recent alcohol consumption in Brazil, rather than focusing on the procedure at hand. Despite our inquiries, we received no satisfactory explanation regarding the nurse's qualifications. Daily photo updates were dismissed as normal by the establishment, but now we find ourselves in the hospital's emergency room. I wish I could give this place a negative rating. It's a complete disaster. Steer clear at all costs! They hold the lowest rating in Modesto for a reason, as we unfortunately discovered. An update: my wife is currently being transferred by ambulance to the burn unit at UC Davis Medical Center. Purchased my spouse a gift card in October for their Birthday. They called to make an appointment and they said they would call them back with some availability. We had an upcoming trip, and they wanted it done prior. (A week or so in advance should have been enough I would have thought.) A few days went by, and no call back. They called again and they said the same thing. Another day goes by and then I called. NOTHING. Same answer. They went somewhere else at this stage.
We forgot about it and now it's December. I went in and asked for a refund. The person behind the counter did not seemed surprised, like it happens all the time. Told me they were short staffed, the workers are self employed and it really comes down to them accepting the job or not etc etc... Excuse after excuse. They offered to schedule them now (really! ?) or refund the $. We opted for the $ in full.
Really piss poor service and business model at this place. No accountability for the services they provide and customer service is not just lacking, but rather non existent. I can't see how this place is in business let alone getting these stellar reviews. The private contractor thing is not working out for them.
