That was truly the worst experience. The person pinching and twisting my hand, the nail polish mishap - even a 5th grader could have done a better job. Very messy work.
It was such a terrible experience!! The individual was impolite, kept slapping my granddaughter's hand, and kept instructing her to watch TV instead of paying attention to the task at hand!! Incorrect nail shapes, some pointed, some rounded, and the polish didn't even cover her nails properly!! I will never return!! Absolutely the worst experience ever!! I would never recommend them!! 👎👎👎👎...
I visited there yesterday. The senior nail technician was extremely rude. The lady who did my pedicure was very pleasant. The individual who did my manicure made my cuticles bleed and would snap my fingers in between, telling me to relax. He kept insisting that I not watch him and just focus on the TV. He twisted my hands and fingers into uncomfortable positions to file them, and when I pulled my hands away, he promptly placed them back in those uncomfortable positions. He forcefully moved my arms around. My friend had a similar encounter.
