They should really update their signage. If they are permanently closed, they should indicate so. The sign currently states they are open two days a week, which is manageable. However, upon arriving during the specified open hours, the salon was dark. Despite attempting to visit multiple times within the stated hours, there was no response. My spouse enjoys their services and always receives a fantastic haircut. Due to the inability to check in online, we are forced to make unnecessary trips to the salon.
Arrived 30 minutes before closing time on a Sunday. Was informed of an hour and a half wait, which seemed like a poor excuse to avoid cutting my hair. Decided to wait and was pleasantly surprised to be served after only 25 minutes. However, the stylist's attitude was extremely unpleasant. If you dislike your job, find another one. Not to mention the subpar haircut I received. I suppose one can't expect much for $15 nowadays. Despite the experience, I left a $2 tip in the hopes that her day improves.
Extremely pleased with my new hairstyle. Definitely the best one I've had in a long time. Happy to see the Jefferson City salon up and running again.
